Join Coach Flaherty and his staff of qualified high school and college coaches and youll learn more about the fundamentals of baseball than you ever thought possible. Intense individual, team and group training in pitching, catching, infield, base running and hitting offers you the opportunity to advance your skills. Winter training tips and conditioning techniques prepare you for next season. Invest in your future performance through proper training from dedicated professionals who know how to motivate and bring out the best in you. Players on American Legion or Babe Ruth teams who are competing in regional or state championships can be accommodated. *Standard fee refers to the overnight camp, commuting discount of $60 can be taken at checkout.* For boys age 13 - entering grade 12 and at least age 13 by September 1. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There will be a $5 credit card processing fee added at checkout. I sent my 15 year old daughter to the 3 week session and she LOVED it. Which is amazing because my daughter is like many teenagers and is too cool for everything. More than ever before, kids face an abundance of pressures and stress. Mindfulness practices, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork, can give children the tools they need to navigate their life in a way that is true and authentic to them. During this special week of yoga camp, we will explore the many gifts that yoga has to give. Children will participate in activities that empower and center them, foster a strong sense of self, and connect them to the greater community. These ativities include, but are not limited to: Poses to empower, strengthen and bring balance Meditations and breathing practices to calm the body, mind and spirit Principles to guide healthy interactions w/ themselves and the world around them All exploration will take place in a playful, safe environment where each child can find their unique voice. Students will create a Yoga Journal throughout the week to serve as a memento from their week as well as a reference for home practice. Kids Dojo Mountain Bike Spring Break Camp - Offsite
Kids Dojo premier mountain bike programs Spring Break Camp 4/4-4/8 A Spring break program designed to get kids riding! Well ride a variety of local mountain biking trails, and work on specific skills at a local bike pump track. Your child will learn trail safety and courtesy, how to handle different terrain, the art of cornering and managing obstacles, and much more! Bike Dojo will help your child build confidence and hone skills in a fun, safe environment. This class is appropriate for all levels (students will be grouped by ability level following the first day). Class meets at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport, 203 Mount Hermon Road. Students are dropped off at 9:00am and picked up at 4:00pm. Students will be transported via our safe and insured Dojo Bike vans to trail locations. Bikes can be provided upon request with 48 hours of first day of class ( MUST CALL BIKE DOJO AT 831-713-5475). Please bring snacks, helmets, gloves and water each day (camelbacks preferred).
