Farm to Table - Farm Store
Farm to Table campers will work in teams throughout the week to create a variety of dishes. Their focus will be on delicious and healthy snacks, meals, and treats that highlight the produce grown at Greenacres. Campers will learn about new ingredients and review techniques relevant to the recipes they make each day, but will also have plenty of opportunities to express their creativity and customize their creations. Outside the kitchen, they will harvest some of their ingredients, explore the gardens and fields, and interact with the producers. Campers will take home an apron as well as a binder of recipes and information at the end of the week. Please note any dietary restrictions when registering.
