The Princeton Womens Basketball staff, Princeton players, and other head coaches from around the country will instruct campers on individual skill development as well as working within the team dynamic. Kid's Dance Camp | Ages 6 - 12 - Portland, OR
June 20 – July 1 | Mon – Fri Half Day: 9:00am – 12:00pm | Full Day: 9:00am – 4:00pm June 2016 will kick off our 8th annual Kid’s Dance Camp. Kid’s Camp at Polaris is designed for students ages 6-12 and offers a full or half day experience, Monday through Friday. Camp is a great way for kid’s to have fun while sampling all that Polaris Dance Theatre has to offer. A typical day at Kid’s Camp includes several dances classes of multiple disciplines including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Aerial, Tap classes and more! Students also have the opportunity to express their own creativity through improv classes, games and a daily art project. End of camp performances will take place on both Fridays (6/24 & 6/31) at 11:30am and 3:30pm. Computer Game Design Camp - Sport Center
Ever wish your kids would do more with the computer than sit and play video games? Specially designed software is used so campers can easily create multimedia computer games and animations.Developing a script or program is done by simply snapping together graphical program blocks much like LEGO bricks or puzzle pieces. Participants will learn how to create computer games with custom background settings, characters, animated movements, sound effects and more. If you are new to our Computer Game Design course, you will get started quickly and if you have previously attended a course, a new game will be introduced so you will get to learn new techniques.Students will receive a USB drive with the software and games they made to take home at the conclusion of camp. Spring Inspired on the Farm - Deep Roots Community Farm
Ahhh, Spring! It will be here before we know it, and Deep Roots Community Farm and Inspired are excited to offer another great Grow La Crosse Farm/Art Camp! Join us for an afternoon of fun and education on the farm! We will care for the farm animals, learn about the biology of the natural world on a farm, make art projects, and enjoy free time in our beautiful rural setting. In this session, additional focus will be given to planting seeds in the garden and in take home pots, as well as horse care (grooming and feeding) and ART! All programming is led by Ana Skemp, M.S.
