Children learn literacy skills through songs, poems, literacy centers, small and whole group activities, and read-alouds. Children engage in play and activities that are related to alphabet knowledge, phonological awareness, print knowledge, comprehension, reading and writing. The core of our literacy program was created at the Bank Street College of Education in New York. Meets twice per week. MODIFIED Full Day Camp MODIFIED Full day camps provide an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to improve their technical skills as well as develop strong course management skills. Participants are placed in smaller groups based on their experience level in order to create the most favorable learning environment possible. Each day kicks off with hands-on instruction and includes drills, training exercises, and skill-development inspired games all designed to reach juniors what they need to know to have fun and feel confident on the course.
