LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Mariners (WAITLIST) M-F ($465 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only register for this session if you cannot select the dates on the Mariners M-F session you wish to have your child attend. Formerly Beginner Sailing. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. This class is taught in Rhodes 19s, Capri 14s, and Optimists. Mariners is designed to give the sailor a strong fundamental base of sailing skills such as rigging, tacking, gybing, sail trim, hiking, and some advanced boat handling. The overall goal is to make the sailor comfortable on the water in varying conditions, while eventually becoming proficient sailing alone in the Opti. Inside the Mariners class, we typically divide into three color groups: Forest Green (Novice), Lime Green (Intermediate Mariner), and Army Green(Advanced Mariner). As the child improves, they will advance through the groups until they are ready for Whalers. *Please note that the 2005 Mariner class is for those with a birthdate of 2005 or earlier. 508-228-1400

We will be volunteering with Publicolor and painting in a school in Brooklyn. They are awesome! Make sure to wear clothes that can get paint on them and bring forms and $10 for lunch.

Be your own stop-motion animator and director. Learn the ins and outs of stop-motion animation, filming, and 3D printing technology. Work as a team to choose your characters, write your script, build your set with the help of 3D printing technology, and film your movie. High School Session: 9:00 am to 11:30 am daily. High School session will be run as collegiate practice with intense, position specific instruction. Participants must be in grades 9 to 12 as of the 2015-2016 school year. On behalf of Coach Bill Dwan, Associate Head Coach of Hopkins and Coach Matt Dwan, Asistant Coach, Loyola Mens Lacrosse - we are excited to partner with the Lambert High School Lacrosse Program to host our 2016 Elite Lax Camp! Due to NCAA Regulations, we are prohibited from advertising current players that will be working at the camp. The Elite Lax Camp features the TOP athletes at each position and ensure a player to coach ratio of 14 to 1 to maximize instruction. Learn from current collegiate players at the TOP of their game!! Hands-on activities include animal behavior, cancer research, clinical procedures, first aid, dentistry, diseases and parasites and will give campers the opportunity to experience the exciting field of veterinary medicine.
