BOYS AND GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TEAM CAMP* NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS CAMP AS PART OF A TEAM. If you are registering as an individual, you will be placed on a team for camp. A minimum of 15 players per lone team is required, or your team may be blended with other players not from your school. Are you a High School Soccer Coach or School Administrator? Does your high school soccer team want an opportunity to work together, learn together, and improve as individuals and as a group? This camp is geared towards helping high school girls or boys teams achieve their athletic goals. This camp will focus on improving your teams skills, tactics, and team chemistry, as well as providing you as a coach with more resources to continue their improvement throughout the high school season and for years to come. Join us Friday October 23rd-Sunday October 25th for an unforgettable weekend learning about our culture & faith. Retreat is a great way to take a break from city life and connect with one another, ultimately making memories that will last a lifetime. Our topic for the weekend will be: Who am I? Who are we? Please keep in mind that the weekend is designed for ACYO members that are 18 years of age or older. $65 Per Person There is still room in the van driving up to Senior Retreat from the Diocese in Southern California. Cooking Around the World with Mrs. Majeed Calling all elementary foodies and aspiring chefs! Cooking Around the World is a new summer camp featuring regional recipes* and cultural activities. On each day of our ___ week camp, students will create two different dishes, develop kitchen techniques, and learn about the various cultures our recipes originate from through stories or crafts. They will also bring home a sampling of their dishes! Our camp will end with a Farmers Market visit and cooperative cook-off, in which students will select a fruit or vegetable to build their own recipe with. *Recipes will be vegetarian and allergies will be accommodated. WHAT IS Amplify Sleep Away Rock Camp? Amplify Sleep Away Rock Camp is an intensive one-week overnight program offered to girls ages 10-17 years old and is held at Ojai Valley Boarding School in Ojai, CA. Here girls of all skill levels have the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keys or other instruments. Girls will also form a band, write an original song, and perform at the Final Showcase for friends, families, and fans! In addition to all this, girls will have the opportunity to meet other girls and female musicians and mentors, as well as participate in enrichment activities such as workshops on media literacy or screen-printing, high ropes course, Dj-skills, Zine making and more.
