Girls Volleyball - Sanford Day Camp
This year Delaware Volleyball Association will be running our volleyball program. DVA is known throughout the tri-state region for developing players who go on to succeed in their high school and college careers. Some DVA alumni will be on the US Olympic team this year. Players will be taught the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting and spiking. Teamwork around the net will be emphasized. Players can expect a good workout every day. ---------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. ---------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Knee pads and jump rope are also required. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. An afternoon icy treat will be served. ---------- At the end of Sport/Specialty Camp registration, you can register your child for Day Camp at: 610-565-4850

This summer LPBA is partnering with the Chicago Bandits (womans professional softball team). Players and coaches from the Bandits will be on hand throughout the summer to work with our softball campers on hitting, pitching mechanics and defensive fundamentals. LPBA softball camp is open to girls ages 7-13. This new partnership will offer a truly unique camp experience for softball players in the Chicagoland area. Half day sessions from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - $175 per week Fridays are rain make up days Camp registration is on a weekly basis. 312-246-1616

We offer a unique experience of instrument specific ensembles in our morning session and a combined ensemble in our afternoon session. Students will receive both small and large group coaching from our music specialists and camp counselors. We will also have fun with musical games and activities throughout the day to build teamwork and a positive group dynamic. During the week we will be working up to a concert on Friday afternoon to share what we have learned. We hope each student will enjoy the week of learning new music and making new friends! Children will develop their skills and broaden their horizons, make new friends and be exposed to French! Embark on An eight week journey into French language and culture: Language Classes, Arts and Crafts, Song, Dance and Music, Games, Sports, Cooking and Field Trips? and much more, for children ages 6 to 11. During activities conducted in French (with some English), kids will be divided into groups based on their ages. All levels of French are welcome
Week 3 PM - Junior Lifeguards - Wuskenau Beach
Learn the basics of what it takes to be a lifeguard. This program promotes teamwork, leadership, and aquatic safety while introducing students to professional opportunities. Get quality water safety education on ocean and beach hazards, including rip currents, waves and tides. Gain an understanding on beach ecology and marine life and learn respect for the environment and for themselves, their parents and their peers. Includes: surf and ocean rescue, skills in first aid and CPR, boogie boarding, body surfing, beach/water flags and race relays. This is not a certifying class. 860-535-9362
