Mens Basketball Youth Camp #1-16/17 - Junior Wildcats - Chico State University - Acker Gym
The Junior Wildcat promotes skill development for ages 8-13. The emphasis of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball through drills and game play. Specific skills that will be taught are shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defense. All of the skills and fundamentals taught will be sharpened through drills and put into game play. The coaches and players of Chico State Basketball will be teaching and emphasizing the same skills that are taught at every Chico State practice. All Chico State Basketball Camps provide challenging and exciting basketball instruction to develop the skills of youth basketball players in our community. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Campers will also learn the importance of work ethic, healthy lifestyle, teamwork, and having fun. 5308986470.0
Session II Volleyball - Cornerstone University
Grades 5-12 (Day Camp) Check-in will be from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Monday morning in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center. Parents are welcome to attend the training sessions and observe. A medical release form has been enclosed and the registration process will move along much more quickly if this form is filled out (or mailed in) prior to checking in. We will begin camp at 9:00 AM throughout the week and end around 4:00 PM. Camp will conclude on Thursday with a tournament all day and an awards ceremony following at 3:00 PM.
