Class meets on: 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/29, 4/5 and 4/12. KidzArt was developed with the philosophy that learning to draw creates confidence, and we take art classes to a new level. Through engaging the imagination in a new way and creating a safe environment to take risks, students will soar with KidzArt. KidzArt introduces students to various mediums such as color marker, pencil, pastel, watercolor, charcoal, and clay. Projects never repeat, all new lessons every session and every year! Little dancers love this enchanting adventure in dance exploration. Children develop rhythm, grace, poise, coordination, and musicality through pre-primary classical ballet, beginning tap skills, tap routines, and improvisations with magical props and adorable costumes. Doodle Draw Cartooning - S1 - Plymouth Community Arts Council
From Manga to classic Superheroes, campers will explore different drawing, cartooning and animation styles in this extraordinary mixed media class. Some of our projects include creating character profiles and story lines to use in your own comic book and figure, and making doodles into colorful art posters. We will even design our own personal crest and make t-shirt transfers. Students work will be exhibited in our end of summer Art Show. 734-416-4278

Visual Arts Out of this World: Robert Frost - Robert Frost Elementary
Travel through space and time as we create Out of this World works of Art! We will blast off with famous artist, Peter Max, and learn about perspective and using watercolors. Inventor and artist Leonardo da Vinci will inspire us to draw futuristic robots. Next, we will create radial moons and suns using printmaking techniques while being inspired by artists utilizing radial symmetry and explore shading and value with planets and stars with chalk! Imagine yourself as an astronaut, floating at zero gravity, when we draw self-portraits. Join us this winter to expand your artistic skills as we journey through space and time! Boys Basketball - Session 2 - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Where: NDP main gym About: The focus of the Notre Dame Prep boys basketball camp is to provide every participant the opportunity to develop his fundamental skills in ball handling, passing, dribbling, footwork and rebounding, as well as individual and team defense. We will accomplish this through a high-energy camp of hard work. Additionally, it is our hope that with the assistance of our experienced teaching staff, all of the young men attending NDP basketball camp will improve their conceptual understanding of the game of basketball. With a staff-to-player ratio of 1 to 9, we can guarantee each player individual attention throughout the week. We also look forward to each participant meeting and making new friends while having plenty of fun and enjoyment over the four days of camp. Please note our new cancellation policy. A 50% fee of the cost of the camp shall be applied to an individual who cancels. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, basketball shoes, socks and water bottle. 248-373-5300
