Adrenaline Cheer Camp - Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center
Ages: 7-13 yearsInstructor: Adrenaline Dance Force Monday ? Friday, July 11-15, 9:00-3:00pm Location: Sherwood CC- Dance Room Our summer cheer camp is designed to teach all levels of cheer. We will work on tumbling, motions and jump technique, stunting basics, strength, cheer dances, showmanship and more! Camp will also include cheer crafts and team building exercises. Whether you are new to cheer or interested in preparing for high school tryouts, we will help you become your best. The camp will be split into appropriate age and ability groups and conclude with a showcase at the end of the end of the camp! Week 10 PM - Kayak Snorkeling - NESS
Paddle and explore Little Narragansett Bay during the best months of the year. Kayak to estuaries, coves, islands, and other places where power boats are not able to go. Snorkel the warm waters of the harbor and the bay, while learning about local ecosystems and the species that inhabit them. Challenge your snorkeling skills by learning to free dive, using NESS fins. No previous kayaking experience is necessary, but an interest in the ocean, snorkeling, and kayaking is a must for this adventure week. Includes: snorkeling, kayaking & free diving 860-535-9362
