(T) 2016 Youth Leaders Summit (T) - Shepherdsville, KY
Tentatively scheduled for 29-31 January 2016, the Youth Leaders Summit, or YLS, is a consolidated Troop JLT that is conducted annually - the 2016 event will take place at Camp Crooked Creek. YLS should be attended by youth in the rank of 2nd Class or above and be newly elected leaders, or expected to become leaders within their troop. The training emphasizes YOUTH leadership of a troop, the Patrol Method, youth leadership positions and duties, basic problem solving and other principles of youth leading youth. Class size is limited to 30 Scouts, so be sure to register early!

Eco Sampler Camps A great way to try one day camp or week long camps of our AMAZING BEST OF THEMES! August 15th - 19th 9am-4pm Monday – Great Outdoors Tuesday – Yick, Yack, Yuck Wednesday – Marine Biology Sea Camp Thursday – Mummy Madness Friday Field trip: Sandy Point State Park – We will head to the shores of the Chesapeake for some seining, Beach exploring, hiking and games. We offer a picnic lunch for $5/campers which includes hot dog, chips, soda and watermelon. Weekly rate includes Sandy Point Field Trip and bus (410) 279-5416
Farm Fun - Farm Store
Farm Fun camp is a unique opportunity for campers to work with the livestock, gardens, and natural areas at Greenacres while exploring the science happening on the farm. The camp will also include plenty of games, exploration, and farm fresh treats. Past camp activities have included assisting with weighing cattle, testing soil, planting cover crops, making pickles, spending time with the sheep, and Brix testing vegetables. This camp is best suited to campers with an interest in exploring the science behind farming and gardening, who get excited about real farm work! Please wear sturdy close-toed shoes or boots. Corky Rogers Football Camp - Bolles San Jose Campus
Corky Rogers Football Camp campers will enjoy an action-packed week of individual and group instruction in the basic fundamentals of football. Camp will include instruction on: •Techniques of Quarterback play •Receiving skills and running of pass patterns •Punting, place kicking drills and blocking techniques •Types for offensive and defensive plays Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt on the last day of camp. Please note: Each camper will need to dress comfortably for an outdoor athletic summer camp. It is suggested that campers wear athletic shorts, an athletic shirt and athletic shoes (football cleats optional.) Please also bring a water bottle to re-hydrate during breaks. Santa Monica Sports Experience for Boys and Girls ages 8-14: A unique sports camp for kids who enjoy concentrating their energy on sports activities, action-packed tournaments and innovative organized games. Our goal is to stimulate a love for sports in youth of all athletic abilities. This spring break, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Santa Monica Swim Center as well as other exciting excursions, skills clinics and special events. Whether its learning new sports skills from our highly trained coaching staff or participating in an exciting specialized class, your child will look forward to a new challenge every day.
