Kid's for Camp 3D Bow Shoot - Holmen, WI
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Youth Office is once again holding its 5th annual "KID'S FOR CAMP 3D BOW SHOOT" on June 11-12 beginning 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. each day. Whether you're an avid archer or just a beginner, this beautiful course set with 30 big and small game targets, in the hills and valleys of God’s country will challenge your archery skills while having fun with your hunting buddies and family members. The 3D shoot will take place at “Arrows in the Square Pro Archery Store” located on Casberg Coulee Rd near Holmen WI. 54636. Besides the 3D shoot, we will have food available on the grounds for purchase, novelty games to win tickets for door prizes, beginner archery lessons and so much more. Cost is only $15 (adult) $10 (12-16 years) and children 11 and under shoot for free with paid adult. Divisions with club rules will include: Hunters open, unlimited, limited, traditional, women’s and youth. 4th - 9th grades - Drama Camp - Saint Marys School
Come enjoy a week of theatrical experiences including: playwriting, costume design, the actors process, and even performance! Students will work collaboratively to create a short play which will be performed at the end of the week. They will use both imagination and research to inform their artistic choices in everything from design work to acting. Additionally, students will explore improvisational theatre in both long and short forms as a means to stimulating the playwriting process and deepening their acting skills. Students with and without theatre backgrounds are invited to come explore, learn, and play! Rachel Wright is a passionate theatre educator who seeks to help her students grow their understanding and compassion for the world, life, and humanity through the magnificent practice of theatre. She has a BS in Theatre Arts Education from Appalachian State University. After college she moved to New York to pursue a career in theatre. She was accepted by Circle in the Square Theatre Conservatory Program where she concentrated on her craft. Upon graduating she began performing in countless off and off-off broadway productions. Dynamite (Junior Level 2) - Power House Athletics
Dynamite (USASF Levels 2) is one of our beginner teams. Developed as a junior novice/intermediate team, these athletes are 14 years and younger. Skills required include but are not limited to standing back handsprings, working multiples and round off backhandsprings. Theater 3 - Improv Extravaganza - Artists Exchange
Jump in, be big and bold, laugh, and learn the basics of acting through the wild, wonderful world of improvisation! Learn to think quickly on your feet and act from the top of your head in this fun, silly, and engaging camp. Play and perform favorite short form improv games, including those seen on TVs hit show Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Students gain confidence in public speaking, expressing themselves using their body and voice, and facing fears of stage fright and performance anxiety.
