The staged production (Day 4 of the program) consists of acting, singing and dancing with a script and score, costumes, props, lighting & sound. The musical to be performed is FAME the Musical! Set in the 80s and based on the real NYC Performing Arts high school, FAME tells the story of a group of performing arts students and their journey at PA. Ages 10 - 18. 9am - 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at the Studio Around the Corner, 67 Main Street in Brewster, NY. Middlesex Youth Camp - Middlesex Youth Camp
Middlesex Camp is divided into a Senior Camp and Junior / Pee-wee Camp. Each group has its own tent on the field which serves as a home base during the day. The camp features recreational activities including arts and crafts, science and nature, sports and other organized games, weekly theme-related activities, and special events. Pee-Wee campers will have swim lessons. Junior campers will have swim and tennis lessons. Senior Campers will have tennis lessons twice a week and free swim daily. On rainy days, camp is held in the clubhouse and also under an awning over a paddle court. The philosophy of the camp remains low key summer fun, giving the children a taste of the many different activities the club has to offer, but also a time to simply play and build friendships.
