Owner of Flower City Yoga and Art Therapist, Nora Doebrich will be hosting 3 very special Yoga Camps, this Summer. Activities will include; fun movment/yoga games, arts and crafts intended to calm the mind, anatomy education to build body awareness, yoga poses to promote self-esteem, group directives to create a sense of community and excerises to increase relaxation. We also have Mary Stachowski of Food, Fun and Friends who will be joining us for the Thursday of each week. Teen MMA Summer Camp at GCBJJ - Grove City, OH
GCBJJ will be hosting an MMA camp for teens (age 13-17). This camp will cover all aspects of MMA including: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Conditioning. No experience necessary. Cost is $125 per teen. Only equipment they will need is a mouthpiece. We will provide all other equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a couple extra changes of clothes. The participants can pack a lunch (we have a fridge and a microwave, or there are three pizza places, Arby's and Subway that are all within walking distance.

Welcome to Lights, Camera?Camp! Columbus Recreation and Parks performing arts camp gladly returns for a third summer of theatrical fun. Campers will learn about acting, set design, costuming and much more. All week, the campers will build their confidence while trying something new. We will showcase their accomplishments at the end of each week with a short performance for friends and family to enjoy! Theme: Under the Sea Flexible drop off time between 7:30-9 am. Machines and Mechanisms Grades 3-5 (Friday) - Janney Elementary School
Students work in small groups to explore pulleys, gears, and levers. They complete problem solving activities using physics and math and work on structures that require precision.
