Tiny Tots camp is a great place to make new friends, learn new things, and have fun! This camp is geared toward the 4-6 year old age group and offers a wide variety of exciting activities. Your child will enjoy weekly themes, four exciting field trips, and lots of outdoor fun! The dedicated staff of the Hartland Recreation Department provides a safe and stimulating environment for all. Contact the Hartland Rec Department to learn more, sign up, and join the fun. It is required that your child brings sunscreen, a bag lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and plenty of water. Ratio of instructors to children is 1:5 for this camp. Camp will be held at Nixon Park, Aug 15 - 28. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be sure to send each participant to camp with sunscreen, a bag lunch, snack and water bottle. Subpar camp
Would be an ok camp if you want your child hiking trails covered in trash & broken bottles. From one year to the next, the Y staff does nothing to clean up trash, fallen trees, glass. Last year a horse died on camp property. For what you pay to send your child to Camp Wijiwagan, I say just take them to the dump for a hike.... Read More...

Teen Lifeskills Camp - Pensacola, FL
The goal of the Teen Life Skills Camp is to prepare the youth for adulthood by teaching and building upon their life skills. They will spend two days in a warm and nurturing environment learning principles of manhood, woman hood, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, team work, collaboration and culture competence. This event will start off at Deliverance Tabernacle Christian Center and then the learning environment will shift to Oak Grove Park on Naval Air Station Pensacola. During the course of the 3 day, 2 night camp, they will be apart of discussions: (the young men)the role and purpose of a man, leadership, teach them how to tie a neck tie and they will receive a tie. For the young ladies they will participate in a body image workshop that will include self image, hygiene and self respect. For more information and registration, please see the attached flyer.
