Join us as we take art to This is the Place Park. We will meet on location and will set-up our drawing boards to sketch pioneer-era architecture, gardens, and people in period costume. We will use several mediums including: pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, markers, and ink. This is a great time to learn new art techniques while spending time outdoors and learning about Utahs history. We will provide all the supplies as well as a VAI t-shirt for all students. Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure -Session 8 - Lincoln Village Community Park
Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure. Camp Cordova is hosting a specialty day camp at Lincoln Village Park. This day camp is perfect for the extremely active child ages 8-11. Enjoy weekly themes and field trips, along with a variety of camp-style sports games & adventure activities with an emphasis on fun, learning, and participation. Campers will also explore a variety of aquatic games and daily swimming at the Lincoln Village pool. Camp hours are 8am-4pm with extended hours available from 4pm-6pm. Theme: Flags and Tags Field Trip: Folsom Aquatic Center Enjoy playing tag? What about a game with flags? Join us as we explorer games that include a combination of both tagging and grabbing flags such as Chaos and Gatorball. Individual Week / Add on Registration Here (2016 AKA SOP SCHEDULE BELOW) AKASPORTs Speed of Play: Leadership through Fitness Program, is led by AKA Director, Chris Schulz and the AKA professional training Staff. Participants enrolled in the AKA Speed of Play (SOP program), in partnership with the AKA All Sports Camp (ages 6-12), will offer adolescents an opportunity to be active, train and play in an All Sports setting geared to teach them leadership qualities with personal mentorship opportunities. The base of the Speed of Play program is from 9:00am-4:00pm and the doors are open for all Speed of Play participants from 7:00am-6:00pm, the same hours of the AKA All Sports Camp so you can take advantage of supervised activity time the entire day. Summer ID Camp 2 - Baker Rink (Check-In Location)
The Princeton Womens Soccer Summer ID Camp is designed for players entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2016 who have a desire to play collegiate soccer and specifically at Princeton University. Prospective student-athletes will be trained by Head Coach Sean Driscoll and his staff. Players will have the opportunity to work with and be evaluated by the Princeton Womens Soccer staff in a number of different soccer environments including technical training, small sided games, functional training, and full-sided games. Camp training activities will be comparable to the training conducted for the Princeton Womens Soccer Team. Morning sessions will consist of technical training and small sided game that work on speed of play and decision making within the game. Afternoon sessions will develop the ideas from the morning in a bigger environment. Night sessions will be full sided games with coaching/instruction from the staff coaches. (609) 258-3369

Siege Alert! Look out, its time for ying tennis balls, eggs and bags of Jell-O as this camp offers participants the opportunity to design and build a table top size catapult or trebuchet. Students start with a kit of wood, steel, aluminum and plastic parts and create their catapult. When students nish theirinventions, they eld test them in a fun and exciting activity. This is a single, full day version of Camp Catapult. It should be registered for once during Spring Break unless the student would like to make a second, different catapult on Tuesday. Other single day classes include Rube Goldberg Machines (9 and older) and Da Vinci Kids (6 to 9). 859-368-7334

Enjoy learning how to paint outside, En Plein Air, with Harding Middle School Art teacher Amanda Penecale. We will learn how to prepare our materials, take field notes, and paint on location. The camp includes a nice field sketchbook. Campers will create studies with colored pencils in their sketchbooks and then make finished paintings using opaque watercolors.
