Youth Guys Camping Trip - Nashville, IN
We are going to be taking the guys of the youth group on a camping trip to Yellow Wood State Forest campground. If there is a Dad(s) that is wishing to attend please talk to Jason and Josh Brown as soon as possible. We plan to leave the Church at 4:00 PM on May 13th, so please plan to be at the Church at 3:30 PM if possible. The cost for this event is $20/Person which takes care of your food and campsite fees. This event is open to both high school, and middle school guys and the deadline for money and paperwork will be May 1st at 8 PM. We will also be sending out a packing list a little bit later on. You can sign-up either on Facebook or on the sign-up sheet on Sunday night.

Please join us for a week of serious Bible study. We are inviting men aged 18 and older to come and study God’s word together with us. The men who will present lessons are all devoted to the word of God and to teaching that word to others. The classes will be designed to be a particular help to those who are preachers and teachers but all are welcome to come. Each day we we will have six sessions with each speaker having about an hour to present. Each evening, our speakers will form a panel for a question and answer session. Our plan is to have everyone arrive on Monday evening in time for supper. Our studies will begin on Tuesday morning and go through Friday evening. We have enough room for everyone to stay overnight at the camp location. We will be providing meals and snacks throughout the week. To cover these expenses as well as utilities for the facility, we are charging a $75 fee.

CentrKid Camp Meeting - Glen Allen, VA
Eric and I will be getting everyone together in the New Fellowship Hall for one last meeting before we go to camp. We will re-visit each camps departure and return times, money that is needed, packing lists, camp commissioning services, rules and expectations etc. If you have not turned in your paperwork or deposits, this will be your last opportunity to do so. If you still need your paperwork notarized, I will take care of that for you at the meeting. All Chaperones, Parents and Campers are welcome. The CentriKid Camp has four openings if your camper would like to invite their friend. Non Hunton Campers will need to pay the full fee for camp of $336. Please let me know by this Sunday's meeting as I will need to drop these 4 slots by May 1st if we are not going to use them. If you have any questions call/text me at 387-7111.

Join us as we take art to Tracy Aviary. We will meet on location and will set-up our drawing boards to sketch the birds and their habitats. We will use several mediums including: pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, markers, and ink. This is a great time to learn new art techniques while spending time outdoors and seeing some amazing creatures. We will provide all the supplies as well as a VAI t-shirt for all students. This boys camp is designed for advanced select and travel players that are 9 & 10 years of age and that are eager to learn the game of soccer in a fun and challenging residential environment. All players will stay in air conditioned dorms on campus and eat meals in the schools dinning hall. All campers are supervised by staff members throughout the entire camp program.
