28th Annual "Send a Kid to Camp" Gala - Salt Lake City, UT
This is our largest fundraising event of the year. We rely on support of our community so that we can provide our services to everyone, regardless of income. No School Kid’s Cooking Camp—Pumpkin, Apples, Butternut Squash - Chica
Ages 8-13, Hands-On, 4 hour class $30 Our school doors aren’t closed today. We’d love to educate your child(ren) on their day off with a skill set that will be used for decades to come—cooking! All participants will be shopping, prepping, cooking, eating and cleaning. Most food is made from scratch and in season! Science Level 2 Review - Ensworth High School
This course reviews and assesses mastery of the high school core skills as applied to one fundamental topic from each of the Level 2 trimesters. From the physics trimester the topic is projectile motion, from the chemistry trimester the topic is stoichiometry, and from the biology trimester the topic is natural selection. Students who pass this course have sufficient mastery of the high school core skills in science to enroll in upper level science electives. 615-383-0661

Art 2 - Street Art - Artists Exchange
What will your artsified city look like? Urban installation artists can create just about anything from huge steel sculptures in parks, 40 foot long mosaics in subways, giant murals on sky high buildings, Using inspiration from city life, campers will paint, sculpt and erect a city from the pavement to the sky. Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475

C-2 It IS Easy as pi - Aurora
Participants will work together using pi to try to open an ancient chest filled with treasure!! The chest is protected by a passcode that can only be determined through the activities within the lesson. Enjoy a progressive exposure to pi through this two-part lesson (total 110 minutes) offering a FUN storyline within the context of geometry and circles.
