FOR CAMPERS WITH HILL N DALE CHRISTIAN CHURCH GROUP ONLY. Any misplaced registrants will be removed from this session. Younger campers need a lot of reassurance and unconditional love, and that is exactly what they get at 7/11 Camp. For many kids, 7/11 Camp will be their first experience away from home. So, every action-packed 7/11 day hums with words of love and encouragement sung by a staff hand-picked for their Christ-like patience and sensitivity. Counselors coach and praise the kids while they learn and explore through games, pool activities, and much more. Each activity leads to greater confidence and character building. Counselor training builds moral and spiritual application into each and every activity session. The 7/11 leadership staff creatively share the importance of a life lived for Christ through themed events at night, 7/11 worship, nightly devotionals, and one-on-one time getting to know your child. SoCal PK Retreat / March 4-5, 2016 This is a retreat specifically put together for the children of UPC Pastors and Ministers in the Southern California District. We will stay in Idyllwild with great activities, food, and most importantly, ministry sessions where we will hear from God. Everything will be designed with the PK in mind. Spa Day is an annual event at YoungLives Camp for Teen Moms and Babies. For many of these girls, this will be the first time they are cared for in this manner, and we need a lot of help to make it happen! Volunteers are needed from 10:30-2:30 & lunch will be provided. No experience necessary. Once you get there, we will assign you to a station, so note your special skills or area you'd like to help: Facial Massage Body scrub kit creating Nails What a great opportuity to get out of the heat, and enjoy the beautiful property of Lost Canyon while serving young moms. Spend some time camping with your Girl Scout Troop at Sandy Ridge! Price includes accommodations at Sandy Ridge. Troop is responsible for food and programming during their stay. Troop leaders are required to have specific trainings to camp overnight with their Troop at Sandy Ridge. Please contact Michaela Watts at 843-552-9910 ext. 2390 or for more information on training. Troops must have approval by GSESC to overnight camp at Sandy Ridge. A Trip Approval Form must be submitted to your Regional Volunteer Services Specialist (VSS) at least three weeks prior to reservation date.
