All Girls: Full Day option Saints Sports Camp is one of our most popular camps! This is an all-girls camp where girls are grouped by age, for small group instruction with an 8:1 ratio of children to counselors. Introduced to the fun and exciting, age appropriate, world of athletics, girls are also taught an appreciation for multiple sports, participation, sportsmanship, and physical fitness. They will gain a deeper understanding of sports through individual and team play in an environment that promotes enjoyment and healthy competition. For rising seniors who do not attend Derryfield, students will work with Derryfields Director of College Counseling, to get ahead of the college process before school starts. Each morning, students will work on drafting their college essay. In the afternoon students will refine their college list, work on the common application, and practice interviewing skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear directly from college admission officers. Florida College centers its education around God and His Word, Alabama Camp centers its summer camp activities in the same way. We are not a church camp, but rather a group of Florida College alumni and friends who are eager to provide an environment of summer fun, while remembering who we are as Gods creation. Because of this, we have certain expectations of both our staff and our campers. Please be sure to read these expectations and explain them to your camper if needed.
