University of Georgia Mens Tennis - University of Georgia Mens Tennis
The Georgia Bulldog Tennis Camp will provide instruction for every level of play. For the beginner, basic fundamentals and stroke production will be emphasized. For the intermediate players, refinement of the fundamentals--footwork, grips, strokes and strategy will be stressed. The advanced players will be trained at the same intensity level that we train our Bulldog college players. Along with match play and conditioning, the emphasis is concentrated in challenging the campers regardless of their level of play. Camps are open to any/all entrants (limited only by number and age, grade level, and/or gender). The UGA Boys Tennis Camps are run and directed by Head Mens Tennis Coach Manuel Diaz who is in his 26th season as Head Coach and his Associate Head Coach Will Glenn. 706-542-9348

AKA presents Football and Basketball for Week 9 of the AKA All Sports Camp at the Coon Rapids Ice Center. With the NFL, college, and high school mini-camps getting started all around the country, we wanted to the North Metro a youth football camp. Boys and girls are welcomed and encouraged to partake in the football events. Events include drills, obstacle courses, offensive and defensive techniques and plenty of flag football games for everyone. Kids will also get a Basketball Camp, complete with skills, games and competitions. Featured Field Trip : Valley Fair Amusement and Water Park, August 6. FYI - The actual day camp runs from 9am-4pm though kids are welcome to get dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6pm. There is so much activity between these hours! ADV Robotic w/ LEGO EV3 - Faith Lutheran Church
Using LEGOs New EV3 Space challenge Set and Activity Pack, campers are introduced to robotics with a very current and real-world theme-traveling and living on Mars! Campers will work as scientists and engineers as they progress though a set of lessons, challenges, and projects that fully integrate science, technology, engineering, and math concepts while prompting creative problem solving, communication, and teamwork. Campers will learn the basics of gears to help them apply physical science and math principles to build effective robots. They will also progress through a series of missions in which they investigate, observe, calculate, and apply their knowledge to solve specific tasks. Our space engineers will conduct research as they explore, plan, and develop three fundamental challenges NASA engineers and scientists are working to solve-how to endure humans can survive in space, how humans can create energy in space, and how robots can help humans explore space. 713-589-8958
