Cave Inertiam! Romam Eamus! This week well travel back in time to explore the history, culture and daily life of the ancient Romans. We will make Roman armor and practice battle strategies, prepare and sample Roman foods, create Roman art and much more. Well even learn a little Latin along the way. Summer Cooking Camp - Macon, GA
June 13-16 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm each day. **REGISTRATION CLOSES JUNE 6TH. Final two days to register. ** Students will be taught the Healthy Hands Cooking program. Our classes will focus on healthy recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional content will include kitchen safety skills, nutrition games, fun fitness activities, and more. Students will leave with the skills needed to work confidentially in the kitchen. This program is held for 3 hours a day over 4 days. Cost is $150 and includes a cookbook/workbook. Camp is limited to 10 students.

Our Guardians' Castle will be closed from Thursday, December 24th - Friday, January 1st. We will re-open for all of our regular classes and programs on Saturday, January 2nd. We look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year!

Teens 13-17 yrs old can join us for our first meeting of the new school year. After a short meeting we will enjoy an evening of food and friends around the campfire. Teens interested in joining us can contact PEC for more information.

Bake Sale - Send a kid to Camp! - Canton, MI
Easter Sunday our Youth will be holding their first Bake Sale of the Year. They are raising money for youth camp. Each year we are able to send the children away for one week to this life changing event. Will you help support us? Teen Chef Cook OFF! – Ages 12-15 - Goleta Presbyterian Church
Put on your Chefs apron and work in small teams to create salads, entrées, vegetable dishes, and desserts (using healthy and fresh ingredients) of your choosing. Teams will research recipes, go shopping for groceries, learn how to select foods in a grocery store, determine how much their food product costs, and prepare and cook their recipes. To add to the fun, foods produced from each team will be rated with a check-list for taste, healthy ingredients, cost and presentation. Everyone gets to vote! USF Girls June Residential Camp-Field Players - USF Soccer Facilities
The USF June Residential Training Camp for field players offered at USF is designed to improve players both on and off the field. The program for ages 9-12 will run separately from the program for ages 13-18. Day training sessions are designed for speed and agility and improving players technique, tactical awareness on both offense and defense. The evenings consist of matches and tournament play. Campers will learn to become confident writers! Practice makes perfect and campers will have fun writing!
