DC Reads Kids On Campus Day - Washington, DC
It's that time of year again...Kids on Campus Day 2016 is coming to AU on April 22nd! This is a celebration of the DC Reads community and the hard work of students and tutors for the 2015-2016 school year! Students from DC Reads schools will be welcomed to AU for a day filled with fun activities "around the world" and will end with a book fair and dinner in TDR! Small Chefs 1 - Woodlawn Estate
Calling all cooks! Campers will spend the week harvesting, washing, grating, peeling, chopping, mixing and best of all – tasting! Our Small Chefs learn to become comfortable with following recipes and using kitchen utensils. They are also encouraged to throw out the recipes and follow their taste buds! Welll focus on preparing a wide variety of dishes that feature produce from Arcadia Farm, and utilize Arcadia Farm Camp recipes as well as those from the Arcadia Mobile Market Cookbook. 1 410 533 5684

2016 Gymnastics Camp at Prestige #1 - Botetourt County Recreation Department
Gymnastics camp at Prestige Gymnastics is the perfect opportunity to test out gymnastics or to get in a little extra practice! We will divide up beginners and intermediates at the time of class. This camp will work on a variety of drills and skills on all 4 Olympic events including vault, bars, beam and floor while gaining a multitude of knowledge in the basics of gymnastics. This camp is an awesome physical activity to get kids off of the couch and keep them moving during the summer! Aside from basic skills, we will be working on conditioning and gaining flexibility, balance and strength. 9 hours of instruction, snacks and a camp t shirt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Must wear comfortable or athletic clothes, jeans not preferred.
