CAMP DETAILS Sing Your Heart Out: Disney Solos Does your child belt Let it Go from Frozen at the top of his lungs throughout your house? Does she wish she could explore the world and sing When Will My Life Begin from Tangled. If your son or daughter loves Disney musicals as much as we do, this is the camp for you! Your child will have the opportunity to sing solos from his or her favorite Disney songs and perform them at the end of the week. Singing with friends is also an option if your child prefers performing in a group. Whether solo or ensemble singing, your children will thoroughly enjoy expressing themselves through song and sing their little hearts out! Children spending the full day with us should bring a sack lunch for our lunch break at the park YouTube Viral Sensation! Ever dreamed of being a YouTube star? Well nows your chance! Students will create their own Youtube personality and have a blast creating a unique ‘how to video! Wild Things! A Big Zoo Revue - The Georgetown Palace Theatre
The return of a Palace favorite! Filled with animals dancing and singing, Wild Things! A Big Zoo Revue is an inspirational musical trip through the zoo. The humorous and at times very touching lyrics, original and famous poems as optional text for each song and even science activities create a wonderful teaching and learning experience and an awesome performance opportunity! A variety of animals are presented, and every song has a different musical style – such as tango, polka, Caribbean, rock and roll, hip-hop, jazz, big band and speech percussion. Costa Rican Jungle Animals Week 1 - Adat Ari El Day School
Explore the Majesty of Costa Ricas Jungle Animals & Learn Spanish Campers explore the dynamic jungle of Costa Rica. The colorful and intriguing animals are extraordinary and will magically ‘transport campers to the ‘jungle where it is super fun to speak Spanish. During this week campers get to build a large scale ‘time travel machine out of recyclable materials. Campers play active & quiet games, create, sing songs, act, dance, cook, play sports, and discover the joys of learning Spanish through various activities. Theme vocabulary includes colors, verbs, nouns, adjectives all about these animals and their unique features. CELEBRATION DAY: WEDNESDAY (always optional)- Go Wild Day Come to camp dressed in your favorite animal prints or animal tees. During camp choice time choose your favorite wild animal look for our special face paint activity! Notes: There may be options for arranging late pick up the same day. May 2-24 -- 2 practices per week Mondays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Bishop Kelly High School Tuesdays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School Scrimmages: Tuesdays, May 10, 17, & 24 7:30 to 8:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ignition program is designed specifically for experienced basketball players in 2nd through 7th grades who are serious about putting in the hard work necessary to take their basketball game to the next level. This training program equips athletes with the fundamental skills they need to be ready for the competitive performance basketball arena. Focus is placed heavily on ball handling, personal offensive moves, shooting, defense, and conditioning. Athletes will also participate in Ignition scrimmages to put their skills to the test and highlight their improvement. A big part of competitive basketball preparation is developing the character qualities necessary to handle pressure and persevere. Our coaches are committed to growing each athletes character along with their athletic ability.
