Summit Summer 2015 Summit Summer offers a wide variety of enriching, challenging and fun day camps for 3 year-olds to 10th graders. This summer the program is running for 7 weeks with over 60 camp options. Families may sign up for just one week or spend the summer at Summit! Early morning and late afternoon care are available. Summit Summer gives students chance to learn and have fun. The teachers are qualified professionals with extensive experience in their subject areas and in child development. The atmosphere is welcoming with a majority of non-Summit students participating. The classes are designed for personal attention with low student-teacher ratios. Camps include: baseball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, golf, art, technology, robotics, photography, reading, music, drama, theatre, science, hiking, rafting, cooking, dance and more! Arbys No Kid Hungry Campaign - Hope Mills, NC
Arby's is doing it again for the third year but at Arby's location. This year we will be holding different event at the Hope Mills Location to raise money for the No Kid Go Hungry Campaign from August 18 -September 28, 2015. Since 2011, the Arby's Foundation has been a national charity partner of Share Our Strength*s No Kid Hungry* campaign (NKH). As NKH's largest quick service restaurant partner, the Arby's Foundation has raised over $5 million in the past two years to support NKH and other hunger-fighting organizations in the communities that Arby's serves. Activities are plan as follows. Daily Business Spotlight From August 18 -September 28, 2015 Vendors will check in with the manger of the store and set up in designated area Arby's will have a business spotlight section where the vendors can set up there displays. Documentary Teen Camp - Houston, TX
Young film enthusiasts learn how to make documentaries in a safe and fun environment. Learn story development, camera operation, lighting, sound, interviewing, editing and work with a real orchestra to score your final film. Invite your friends and family to watch your final documentary on screen. The campers will work with the music students in the film scoring program during the AFA's 2016 Summer Music Conservatory at Pershing Middle School. Week 4 Monte Vista Horsemanship Camp - Monte Vista Christian School
Monte Vista Horsemanship Camp provides an amazing opportunity for boys and girls to spend a week riding horses, making friends, and experiencing beautiful natural surroundings at the campus of Monte Vista Christian School. Located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains on the Monterey Bay, we offer structured riding lessons in the morning and afternoon for beginners through advanced riders looking to prepare for competition. Trail rides, mounted games and grooming lessons round out the campers Equestrian education for the week, and they will demonstrate their new skills for friends and family members at our Camp Horse Show on Saturday. Every afternoon, the campers have an opportunity to swim at the school pool and enjoy the hot tub before showering and then its off to dinner! Overnight campers stay in our comfortable cabins and will play games and eat smores around the nightly campfires. Our meals are provided by Epicurean Cafe and the food is fabulous!
