3/13 3:45pm SEUSSICAL Audition - PYT Studios
Pre-register for a 3:45pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 3:45pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. PLEASE NOTE: TO KEEP YOUR SPOT you must arrive by 3:15pm with your paperwork completed for check in and measurements. If you have not arrived by 3:30pm your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list and you will be moved to the next available audition slot. We cannot guarantee that that will be the next audition group. First we will make our very own bubble wand using wire, then we will embellish them with beads, ribbons and sparkles to make each one unique. Extended Care- AM - Main Campus
Open to all camp participants, summer extended care will provide the same top-notch service and activity as the rest of our programs, while offering additional flexibility for working families. Summer Extended Care times AM: 7:30–8:30 AM PM: 3:00–4:00 PM Both morning and afternoon extended care sessions are available, but no mid-day care is available. For example, a child registered for a half-day morning camp may register for AM extended care (7:30–8:30 AM), but must still be picked up at the completion of the camp half-day at 11:30 AM. In the same way, an afternoon half-day camper may register for PM extended care (3:00–4:00 pm). Extended care sessions must be registered as an entire week, not by single days. Summer Extended Care Cost $40 per week, per block (full day campers who wish to have both extended care blocks will be charged $75 per week) * Any camper not picked up within 15 minutes of their daily camp completion will be sent to extended care, and a $10 fee will be charged. Dancing With Degas - Spiva Center for the Arts
In this interdisciplinary class, students will look at and analyze the work of Edgar Degas. Students will experiment with similar postures, movements and phrases in relation to Degas work. This is a great opportunity for students to re-interpret the artwork through movement. No dance experience required. Students should wear comfortable clothing and socks.
