Fiddling Fun and Jazzy Jammin Both fiddling and jazz styles enhance the musical development of any string player within a motivating context. Fiddlin Fun will boost your musical confidence and performance skills through a journey into an alternative performance style, through Celtic and American Fiddle Tunes. In Jazzy Jammin you will learn cool jazz rhythms, bowings, swing and bebop style, syncopation and different scales.Open to violin, viola, cello and stringed bass. Taught by Dr. Melinda Rubin. Please register by May 10, 2016 On June 17th, at the last class, parents are welcome to celebrate in the students accomplishments. Requirements: Students must have completed at least 2 years of study on their instrument and be competent in notereading so they can fully enjoy the class experience. Our Cheer and Dance camps pack a ton of cheer and dance fundamentals within each session, as well as simple fun routines and lessons! BOYS AND GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TEAM CAMP* NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS CAMP AS PART OF A TEAM. If you are registering as an individual, you will be placed on a team for camp. A minimum of 15 players per lone team is required, or your team may be blended with other players not from your school. Are you a High School Soccer Coach or School Administrator? Does your high school soccer team want an opportunity to work together, learn together, and improve as individuals and as a group? This camp is geared towards helping high school girls or boys teams achieve their athletic goals. This camp will focus on improving your teams skills, tactics, and team chemistry, as well as providing you as a coach with more resources to continue their improvement throughout the high school season and for years to come. Game Maker Overload - Brookwood Christian School
This camp takes our intro and advanced courses and combines them...then goes beyond that for a full week of programming "overload". Starting from the very beginning, we will explore several different types of game creation: basic, maze, platform and more. Learn the basics such as creating sprites, objects, events and actions, health, gravity, designing your levels and more. Then go deeper into the platform game programming.... in this camp we will introduce even more unique gaming aspects to make your game even better.
