Grades: K - 12th Morning drop off at Lacey Park; afternoon pick up at the Hanford Teen Center. This weeks theme "End of Summer / Talent Show" Parents, is your child ready to have fun and make new friends this summer? If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. A weekly food menu will be provided at request. If your child has a particular taste, you may consider bringing a sack lunch for your child. Drama Camp week 2 - The Chapel School
Do you ever wonder what happened to the fairy tale characters after the story was over? Did Cinderella ever talk to her stepsisters again? In the play "The Ever After" we are transported to a Reality TV Show where fairy tale relationships are reconciled twenty years after the story has ended. In this wacky comedy, the prince is turning back into a frog and Jiminy Cricket is now a best-selling self-help author. During the week, campers will explore the basics of theatre and present a play at the end of the week. All campers who enroll will have a speaking role in the play and will also help create the set and costumes for the play. In this "Who Done It" adventure we will introduce chemistry and biology and physical evidence to solve the crime scenes. We will learn spy technicques as we use our spy scopes to look around corners and use microsopes to look below the surface. 770-455-1980

If you DARE, come to this camp, face your fears and learn about river monsters and much more. Campers will learn all about cyrptids at this camp. Cryptozoology (from Greek , kryptos, hidden + zoology; literally, study of hidden animals) is a pseudoscience involving the search for animals whose existence has not been proven due to lack of evidence. The animals cryptozoologists study are often referred to as cryptids such as the Loch Ness Monster, Yeti, Bigfoot, unicorns, alien big cats, Chupacabra and more. Cryptozoology relies heavily upon anecdotal evidence, stories, and alleged sightings. Will we have any unusual sighting? You can count on it!
