Participants will learn an excellent, nationally recognized beginners 9 step to the 10 ring progression which was created by the Coaches Developmental Committee of the National Archery Association. Archery helps participants concentration and increases discipline. Exciting drills and fun games will be implemented in this camp. A great way for youth athletes to see how they perform at skills related to the sports they play! Power, agility, speed, and strength are assessed to give kids a better understanding of how they can unlock their potential. Results are provided in a fashion that kids understand and motivate them to improve. STRIDES coaches are able to evaluate potential risk of injury and provide them with corrective exercise to reduce inure potential. These performance evaluations are conducted the 2nd Monday of each month at our Northampton and Amherst locations. There is no cost for these evaluations, but capacity is limited. (413) 586-5000
