We are going around the world with this multi faceted day camp for kids! We will explore the art, language and culture of several different countries, including Brazil, Morocco and Japan. A variety of activities will fill our time together - art, sports, music and more! Campers will create and fill in their "passports" as we visit a new country each day. Educators around the world are discovering that Minecraft provides infinite possibilities to engage and educate kids of all ages. In this camp, you will learn about creativity and educational side of Minecraft. You will work on projects with your team, as well as individually. You will learn building skills and how to create plan for your project before executing the project. New Mexico is one of the best places on earth to see volcanic rock formations and many types of rocks. We will travel to see volcanic tuff and learn how it was formed by a two volcanic eruptions more than a million years ago. We will go to the Valles Caldera to see the source of the eruption and participate in a service project there on a long day trip.
