Disneys classic animated tale of kidnapping villains and courageous puppies is adapted in this fur-tastic musical adventure. Pet owners Roger and Anita live happily in London with their Dalmatians Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anitas former classmate the monstrous Cruella De Vil plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. This 3 week workshop puts an in depth focus on the skills needed to succeed in theatre and performance. Pathways from Medieval to Modern Knighthood - Lower School Gym Building G
Campers will learn the ways of the medieval world as they experience a week in the life of a knight in training. Campers will learn about medieval history, mythology, European martial arts, woodcraft, and a whole host of skills necessary for survival in the medieval world on the path to becoming a knight. The foundation of the camp will be learning the knightly art of combat with the two-handed longsword. Campers will use specially constructed training swords with nylon blades and safety equipment to learn the fighting techniques of the German style of longsword combat. Water is an important resource for life and fun on a hot summer day! We will go on adventures to find the FUN in water, and will learn a lot in the process.
