LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 2016 Richmond Mountain Bike Camp - St. Catherines School
Richmond has some of the best urban mountain biking trails around! Join the staff of Virginia Outside for daily instruction, trail rides and lots of fun. Campers will develop beginner and intermediate mountain biking skills including: steering, shifting, hill climbing and descending, log hopping, dodging obstacles, etiquette, maintenance, safety and more. Campers will ride in the morning, have an activity such as tubing or snorkeling on the James River, then get back on the bikes in the afternoon. Virginia Outside provides mountain bikes and helmets, but campers are welcome to bring their own. 804-272-6362

Lego Engineers: Force and Motion - LeTourneau University
Campers will work with a buddy to build principle models that let them experience the mechanical and structural principles normally hidden away inside everyday machines and structures. Using building instructions, kids will experience and discover the principles at work and be challenged to apply their knowledge. Director: Paula Hjorth 1-903-233-3094
Personal Finance 101 Workshop June 27-July 1 - Summit School
Personal Finance 101 - Camp/Workshop Leader: Gardner Barrier Dates: June 27 - July 1 Rising grades: 6 - 9 In this camp your child will work through fun and engaging conversations and games that will start their journey into financial literacy. We will play games that introduce financial topics, we will explore spreadsheet functionality as we design and evaluate plans, and we will learn some basic lessons about how money works. This "camp" will feel at times like a summer seminar, at times like game play, and at times like group analysis. We will be thinking hard, having meaningful conversations, and having a good time. Participants will finish up the week feeling like blinders have been taken off. They will see the world differently. And theyll have fun, too! All students need to bring is a curiosity about how money works, a willingness to think about things differently, and a desire to learn as much as possible. We will not be leaving campus. This camp will introduce the sport of wrestling, teaching fundamentals, work ethic, and team unity in a fun environment. Each camper will receive a pair of shorts and t-shirt. This will be for both camps session 1 and 2 combined. 714-754-7711

Student actors command the stage with summer theater fun at the PCAC. Different plays and activities each week. Campers will Learn to be part of a theater team, exercise their creativity with improv games and improve their personal presentation skills in front of an audience. There will be a performance for friends and family on the last day of camp. Directed by Tipping Point Theatres Sonja Marquis. 734-416-4278

Jr. High 1 is still a combined camp. Registration of male and female campers is separate for processing purposes. We offer two Jr. High camps. Both of these weeks are filled with new activities as well as other favorites, including White War, horseback riding (hour and a half trail ride), basketball and sand volleyball. Allow the Lord to challenge you in your relationship with Him as you study the Bible with your counselor and camp speaker. Please note that paintball is not offered for this age group. 801-546-6672
