Do sharks make you shudder? These fascinating and powerful animals live in our oceans. In this class, you can "safely" explore shark names, anatomy, foods and other interesting facts through science experiments and "sharky" projects. Purple Pride Flag Football Camp (6-8 Grade) - Piedmont High School
In a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment, campers will learn all components of football including dynamic stretches, offense, defense, and special teams. Campers will learn the fundamentals of throwing, catching, running, kicking, and punting, as well as speedwork and coordination (attributes that transfer to all sports). All campers will participate in lead-up games, positional and individual work, and team games, concluding with 7 on 7 games. The camp is designed to improve a child?s skill, regardless of skill level. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This program is designed for participants in 6th-8th grade. Please bring a snack and water bottle and wear athletic clothing and shoes. Medical waiver form will be sent by email before camp begins. All participants must bring a copy of their medical waiver on the first day of camp in order to particpate. Tennis - Boys (6th-8th) - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
Tennis is open to SDS grades 6th - 8th. PRIOR PLAYING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Registration Deadline - Jan. 23, 2016. A late fee ($20.00) will be assessed for registrations processed after the deadline. Uniform top/jersey will be provided by the school, but players will be required to purchase skirt/short for match play. Color/style information will be provided by coach. PLEASE NOTE: If registration numbers exceed roster maximum (8), players will be selected based on a challenge/tryout system. Registration fee will be refunded if necessary.
