The Stanford All Star Baseball Camp (Session 1) is designed to be the best baseball camp you will ever attend. Campers will enjoy a full practice and a full game each day of camp, with first class instructors from over 40 universities. This type of setup allows for personal coaching from high level coaches, in addition to exposure to many other Schools besides just Stanford. The All Star camp has grown so much over the last few years that we have split it into multiple sessions to accommodate the demand. SESSION 1 is the only one that offers a RESIDENT (Dorm) OPTION. **Registration is divided into two selections.** FIRST, select PRIMARY position. That ensures we can create teams at camp. 7th Annual Youth Acting Camp & Production of "Tom & Huck!" - Brooklyn,
ACT-OUT! Acting School proudly announces Our Seventh Annual Youth Summer Camp and Production of "Tom & Huck!" The Story of Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn (all roles in "Tom & Huck!" are open, and may be cast to actors of any age 3-18, any race, or any gender). Since 2007, Act-Out! has been providing Bay Ridge & the Greater Brooklyn Area with world-class acting instruction at very affordable prices. We have served students of all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to Broadway veterans. Led by NYS-Certified drama teacher and Award-winning actor John Stillwaggon (see below for brief biography), students learn physical and vocal preparation, improvisation, line memorization, stagecraft, action/obstacle work, as well as character and scene analysis. Students and parents have reported vast improvements not only in acting ability, but in such life skills as conflict resolution, goal-setting, teamwork, discipline, memory, and self-esteem. At the close of the two-week camp (students meet for four hours each weekday), the student ensemble performs a full-length, original theatrical production. Muggsy Bogues Fundamental Basketball Camp: Week 1 - Crews Recreation Center
Local basketball legend Muggsy Bogues returns to Crews this summer with a pair of basketball camps for any children between the ages of 6-13. Muggsy and his staff of experienced counselors will teach campers a variety of different skills through games, tournaments and other activities. They will not only teach them the fundamentals of the game, but allow them to learn in a fun and positive environment! These week-long camps will last from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Lunch is provided.
