From Beginners to experienced riders, Summer Kid's Horse Camp is a fun experience teaching horse care, horse riding skills and teamwork! Camp is for ages 4-14 and runs Tuesday through Friday from 8a-12pm with a demonstration and bbq on Friday for family to see what the students learned through the week. Join all of Gleann Abhann as the Shire of Pilgrims Fount hosts the 2016 Fall Coronation at Camp Formosa near Clinton Arkansas on September 30th -October 2nd. Over the next couple of months we will be showcasing what some of the sights and features that we make this a coronation one to never forget! A variety of scientific activities awaits your child this summer! From nature walks and conservation lessons to wacky experiments in a classroom laboratory. In this summer camp session, there is sure to be a number of activities that your science loving child will enjoy, and Friday afternoons will feature a display of what they have learned as they present exciting demonstrations to fellow camp-goers, friends, and family. Strider Push Bike Camp - Cottonwood Creek Park
This is where it all begins! Learning fun and balance as young as 2 years old, kids and families spend 45 minutes doing age appropriate games and skills in order to achieve proper balance and steering skills. Strider (push bike) camp is geared toward kids who are walking with their bikes, not fully sitting on the seat and not yet gliding or striding. But, it is also for those kids who are ready to learn how to turn, stop and maneuver obstacles. Parents will be hands on during this class.
