YHBC Chapel Dedication - Beattyville, KY
You are invited to the dedication of the new chapel at Youth Haven Bible Camp at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21! A reception with refreshments will follow the dedication service. As most of you know, the chapel honors the memory of Julia Brandenburg, daughter of KMM missionaries, Scott and Amy Brandenburg. Chapel services were Julia’s favorite activity at Youth Haven and while she was able to enjoy only one summer as a camper before her passing in 2012, countless children will continue to hear the gospel message in the new chapel in the years to come. Although there may be work yet to be done, the building will be dedicated for God’s use and glory on May 21. If you plan to attend, please contact us by May 9, as this will help in our preparation for the event. If you have prayed, sent a gift for the project, donated materials and/or worked on the new chapel, we would love to have you join us! Please come celebrate and give praise with us!

The Full-Day Camp is a challenging and enjoyable session designed to develop the essential skills of the field player. Each day, campers will enjoy technical training sessions, small and full-sided games, movies, swimming, and much more. In addition, lunch will be provided by The University of Tulsa dining center. This years Father/Son campers will be treated to instruction from the Winthrop coaches, staff, along with current and former Winthrop players through detailed skill work and competitions in the best facilities in college basketball. Father and son teams compete with fellow campers of appropriate age groups (based on sons age/grade level) in competitions that incorporate skills learned throughout the camp. The skill work is designed to give both father and son drills and techniques to take home and continue working together.
