LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 09th 2016 Camp Buckaroo FALL BREAK 3 Day Camp - Blue Point Stables
This Camp is a 3 (Three) Day Buckaroo Fall Break Day Camp. Camp begins each day at 9:00 EST and ends at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and to care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts and Horse Husbandry including some Horse Health and Welfare. Plus, making friends or renewing relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers have the option to purchase and challenge the test for a CHA riding level. Campers receive the appropriate CHA Riding Level Book. Successful campers are awarded the appropriate Certificate, Patch and Pin. Campers falling below the testing standards are allowed to retest once for no additional charge. Day campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cool or cold days and rain gear when needed, as well as, their lunches, snacks and drinks for each day. The Wed. Night Overnight option is NOT offered for this camp. Once registered, there is no refund offered. 865-376-9312

This event will be June 21st thru June 25th, our theme this year is Camp Discovery "Jesus at work through us". The early registration will be at our Giant Youth Rally, June 6th, 2015, this year the fee will be $65 on this day and $70 if you wait until the day of, so register early and save $5.00. Our speaker will be Reverend Jason Lee, a former camper and a outstanding minister for both the young and the young at heart. There will be classes for all ages and under 6 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Your Pastor or Youth Pastor will have detailed information for you on Sunday.
