We just reserved our spots for Creek kids! Parents, mark your calendar for next summer and start saving. Camp is an awesome birthday or Christmas gift! Registration will open in February. *Children going into 3rd - 6th grade **Camp Dates: July 18th - July 22nd ***Early Registration Deadline: July 4th (price increase after date) Parents, we would like to let you know about an awesome opportunity for your kids this summer. As part of our connection with the Assemblies of God, we have the opportunity to send your kids to a fun, impactful and life-changing camp this summer. Children will have the chance to make new friends, plus everyday they will be encouraged as a child of God. General Information/Standard of Conduct -Arrival: Camp check in will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday afternoon. Camp Emergency Vet - Club ScientificLab
One of our most popular camps! This camp is a young persons ticket to the world of Veterinary Medicine. Our lessons will give young vets an opportunity to look into the exciting careers of real veterinarians, and allow them to be involved in related hands-on activities and experiments. Each camper will receive his or her very own medical kit. Sample Topics: Sheep heart dissection, DNA extraction, Clinical procedure, Diseases and Parasites, First Aid, and much more! Futuristic Dream Houses - The Evergreen School
Students will combine a wide variety of elements of design, engineering, and fantasy to create models of their own futuristic dream house. Well be learning how to and using the laser cutter for structure, 3D printer for furniture and features, electronic elements for lighting or elevators or… whatever else your child can dream up for their futuristic house. This class will focus on design, prototyping, craftsmanship, and creativity to produce the models, whether elaborate or sleek. LEGOÂ® Challenge Camp 8/15 - 8/19 - Civic Center Park Shelter Building
This program integrates LEGOÂ® with scientific and mathematical principles in a FUN and EXCITING way! Teaching is conducted using customized LEGOÂ® kits with motors, gears and batteries. The programs utilize an Edutainment (Education + Entertainment) approach, transforming the learning process into a game while introducing children to theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Each participant will discover new subjects and will build/play with (2) different models each day. Teaching is conducted using customized LEGO kits with motors, gears and batteries. Week 2 3 Full Days Westport Summer All Sports Camp - Greens Farms Elementary School
For Boys and Girls ages 4-12. We are very excited about our location for the Summer!! This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, physical education activities such as tag games, pinball, battleship, virtual space tag, north south, gold rush, capture the football, and various cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers bring a (peanut butter free) snack and lunch and water bottle, and our half day campers bring a peanut butter free snack and water bottle. Children are divided by age into small groups and will participate in developmentally appropriate activities for their groups. Generally the groups contain children of no more than a year apart and we do our best to maintain an 8:1 ratio of campers to coaches and sometimes even 6:1 for our youngest groups.
