LPBAs All Skills Camp is for ages 5-7 and 8-12 year-olds. Emphasis will be placed on building a fundamental foundation in the areas of hitting, fielding and throwing. Summer BLAST! - 3 weeks - Oakwood
For children entering 2nd-6th grade: SUMMER BLAST! at Oakwood is an afternoon program designed to engage children in enriching, entertaining, and educational activities, and runs from 1:30–4:30 pm. Children may enroll in Summer BLAST! even if theyre not enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program. If a child is enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program, he/she will have a supervised lunchtime from 12:45–1:30 pm each day, and will need to bring a lunch. During the first session of the afternoon the children will be divided by age into two groups and will rotate between the two classes offered that week. During the second session students choose between Sports Club, Book Club, or Tennis Club. Students may enroll in one, two or all three weeks. The classes during the first session change each week. Send your child off to kindergarten with their mind refreshed after summer break. In this camp they will have fun reviewing letters, early math, pre-reading activities and writing skills. Two Week Fandom/Half-Blood - CAMP DEMIGOD INSTITUTE
Campers (ages 10-16) experience our unique program centered on innovation, mentorship, leadership and community-building. DIGIVATIONS Camp Demigods Demigod Institute and August Camp Half-Blood are a blend of world building through innovation, role playing and speculative fiction. These Camps are based on the principles that kids have an enormous reservoir of creativity and innovative ideas which they look forward to sharing with other like-minded individuals who hold common interests. Please register using a computer. Please do not use a tablet or smart phone when you register because the program will not work properly. The registration process takes about an hour and asks you to answer about 50 questions. The program does not allow you to save your work, so it is best to answer the questions in one sitting, electronically sign all the waivers and pay your deposit so you are fully registered. Many of the questions at the end of the application are best answered in consultation with your child: so that they express their interests, their first choices of cabin (demigod or fandom), etc. Tuition covers all meals, housing, instruction, guest lectures, ImagineSTEM blog, mentoring, supervision, materials, and recreation fees. Our combo camps gives the two sport athlete the ability to improve their offensive and defensive game in both basketball and baseball. Half of each day will be spent on the basketball courts working on your basketball game with an outstanding coaching staff. Fine tune your baseball skills during the other half of the day, with our experienced Academy instructors. Please bring a sack lunch. Players will be grouped by age and ability level.
