Firefighter Youth Camp - Limerick, PA
Limerick Fire Company's Third Annual YOUTH FIREFIGHTER CAMP June 20-24, 2016; 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ages 6-13 years of age Registration Fee: $35; deadline to register: May 30, 2016 Welcome to Limerick Fire Company’s Youth Firefighter Camp. Due to the success of our camp, the deadline to register cannot be extended and attendance is limited to 60 campers. All registered cadets will receive one LFC Fireman’s tee shirt and LFC baseball cap to wear as their ‘daily uniform’. Hat and designated ‘uniform shirt’ must be worn every day because it identifies which group the cadet is assigned to for the week. If you are interested in purchasing extra camp shirts, they must be ordered at the time of registration-$10 per shirt. Why try this Camp? You will: ►Learn fire safety you thought you knew & then apply what you’ve learned ►Learn about the fire house, trucks (apparatus), and personnel ►Hands-on with various equipment ►Ladders-learn the how-to’s ►Hoses-proper techniques to connect to the hydrant, flow water, roll up, etc. ►Extinguishers-the ABC’s ►Rescue tools during simulated live demonstrations ►Fire gear-bunker pants, jacket, helmet, safety gloves & glasses all provided ►Watch & participate in several live demonstrations with the firefighters ►And so much more…. Volleyball Camps - Volleyball - St. Paul Gym
Bump, set, SPIKE! Boys and girls will both enjoy this lifetime sport by learning the proper techniques for serving, passing, setting and hitting on the hard court. At the end of each day, new skills are applied in a game setting, and effective teamwork and good sportsmanship are emphasized. Campers should wear comfortable clothing for movement, tennis shoes, and knee pads (optional). All registrants agree to the policies and procedures of Youth Programs, including change fees, cancellation fees, deadlines, and other details found in the program materials and parent handbook. Wrestling Youth Camp Session 1 and 2 (03/28/2016-04/27/2016) - Mater Dei Wrestling Room (Upstairs Meruelo Center)
This camp will introduce the sport of wrestling, teaching fundamentals, work ethic, and team unity in a fun environment. Each camper will receive a pair of shorts and t-shirt. This will be for both camps session 1 and 2 combined. 714-754-7711
