October Break - Kid's Adventure Day Camp - Oakhurst, CA
Come and join the fun at Sugar Pine during October Break. It’s going to be an exciting week full of friends, adventure and growth. You’ll play lots of games: including target sports, board games, and adventurous activities. You’ll explore the beauty of the mountains during the daily nature lessons and get “creative” making crafts and learning new skills. Each day will have reading & journal times and open times to play with friends, make crafts, join the Game Room Tournament or visit the Old Mill Cafe. You may choose to have your child attend each day during the week or choose any day(s) that fit your busy schedule. We will stay at Gilmore Camp, in Malibu Creek State Park. This camp is a part of the Salvation's Army Mt. Crags & Gilmore Camp & Conference Center in Calabasas http://campmtcrags.com. Located in the heart of Malibu Canyon, this camp provides life changing experiences with various activities on site in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. We are of course also just a short car ride away from the world famous Malibu beaches! We are 1 hr North of LAX, 2.5hr from San Diego, 5.5 hr drive from SF or Sacramento and 7.5 hrs from Reno. Spring Break Kid On the Go Sewing Camp - Tulsa, OK
Boys and girls will have a ton of fun in our Kid-on-the-Go Sewing Camp! They will learn to sew several fun items to carry all their necessities when they are out-and-about this Spring Break! Cost is $175, all materials included. Ages 8 & up. We have sewing machines and tools, but students are welcome to bring their own. Class takes place Tuesday-Friday, March 13-18 from 1-3 p.m. Projects: Drawstring backpack, zipper pouch, pocket wallet/change purse, and a sunglass case or tissue pack cover. Missouri River Float Trip - Sr. Teen Camp - Lewistown, MT
Float amidst God’s beautiful creation for 4 days and 3 nights along the Missouri River. Sr. Teen Camp August 1-6 Missouri River Float Trip Boys & Girls entering grade 10 and up to age 19 Cost: $170 Register by July 25 This is a pre-register camp with limited space. Check-in time: 10am-12pm, Monday, August 1 Registrations available at www.lewtana.com Plenty of canoeing, swimming, Bible classes and day hikes along the river are on the schedule. Additional items to bring: a life jacket, a set of warm clothes, good hiking shoes, a flashlight, a modest one-piece swimsuit, a small backpack. Insect repellant and sunscreen are provided. If you have a canoe or extra lifejackets we could borrow please contact us. Camp ends with a program on Saturday at 1:30. Parents are encouraged to attend the program, as there are awards given out and a slide show of pictures from the week. This is a pre-register camp with limited space. The USF June Residential Training Camp Program for field players offered at the University of South Florida is designed to improve players both on and off the field. The program for ages 9-12 will run separately from the program for ages 13-18. Day training sessions are designed for speed and agility and improving players technique, tactical awareness on both offense and defense. The evenings consist of matches and tournament play. We also will build our own fun when we build things like; bow and arrows from PVC pipe, marshmallow shooters, mini-golf-courses, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and anything else we can think of! In the afternoon we continue our fun off campus at places like; Tanganyika, ice skating, roller skating, Lazerquest, Watson Park, mini-golf, All-Star Adventures, Water Center, Bug Lady and many more too numerous to mention.
