This camp was a blast last year and this year will be even better! I will be using it as my senior project this year. It is June 27-29th from 6-9pm at Kuna High School track. "I love that 100% of the camp fee will go to the Kuna Cross Country Team!" -Nancy Simper "I loved it! we had so much fun! It was sad when it was done! Can you please sign me up for it again?" -Ella Richards (camper) "My children absolutely loved the running camp. They learned great skills and got a good workout, but they definitely had fun doing it!" -Emily Richards Campers can expect a whole lot of fun at this camp as they participate in exciting running games, obstacle courses, relays and endurance building activities. These activities are all meant to challenge and instill confidence in our young athletes. Campers of all abilities are encouraged to join. No experience is necessary. July 26-August 1, 2015 (Sunday - Saturday) COST: $245 per camper Registration: Sunday at 3:00pm Come join the fun at Teen Camp as we discover how we can be "Consumed with Christ" in all that we say & do. Teen camp is an action packed week with late night recreation, crazy games and relays, horses, archery, tournaments, relaxing in the pool or playing a game of pool in the air conditioned recreation room while making new friends or hanging out with old ones. Last year this week almost sold out, so register early. Teen Camp is open to students entering grades 7 thru 2015 Graduates. There will be a separate program for Jr. High and High School. FATHER SON CAMP - Winthrop University
This years Father/Son campers will be treated to instruction from the Winthrop coaches, staff, along with current and former Winthrop players through detailed skill work and competitions in the best facilities in college basketball. Father and son teams compete with fellow campers of appropriate age groups (based on sons age/grade level) in competitions that incorporate skills learned throughout the camp. The skill work is designed to give both father and son drills and techniques to take home and continue working together. Camp Deep Space - San Juan Del Rio Catholic School
Camp Deep Space takes campers to the edge of the universe on a mission to make a distant planet habitable for humans using LEGO Mindstorms NXT kits. Our videos and animations help campers build and learn programming, tackle building challenges, and hone their robotic and project planning skills. Science factoids are interspersed throughout, accompanying engineering design activities tied into space exploration. Camp Deep Spaces curriculum has been developed by Carnegie Mellon Universitys Robot Academy. Campers will work in teams to complete their missions. As an extra bonus, campers construct and launch two of their very own Estes Rockets. Campers will take their rockets home with them. Parents are invited to join us on Fridays Family Day to view their childs rocket launch. We are on our way to the final frontier! Our camps are 9am-4pm with pre and post camp options available as well! Please pack a peanut-free snack, bag lunch and refreshment for your child.
