If you are interested in a specific class that is not offered, please call Kim at 785-537-4420. ***** Instructor: Jesse Ring Ages 11-14 Days: Thursdays Time: 4:00-6:00pm Dates: Feb 4-Mar 10 Cost: $95 (min. enrollment 4) This young teens class will focus on beginning to learn the basics of the potters wheel. Projects will range from cellphone boom box holders, treasure boxes, cereal bowls, and coffee mugs. Clay cost is included. Kid's Rock Summer Camp - Roanoke, VA

Dancing on Corners of the World - The Evergreen School
Young children love to dance. Its a great way for us to work out and connect as a class. Were dancing all week! There are some fun specific dances that are traditional to some other parts of the world. Were discussing basic geography and other countries. Tri-It Triathlon Clinic - Butler Campus
TRI-It! This camp is designed for beginner triathletes that have competitive swimming or running experience. Find out why triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in America and learn about NCAA scholarships for female athletes! USA Triathlon certified coaches (including Dr. Karen Edwards, Director of Afterschool and Summer at Laurel) will teach basic skills for completing your first triathlon. Learn open water skill techniques, bike handling skills (including braking, riding in a group, and safety skills) and running to maximize speed and minimize impact. Transition skills and strength and conditioning for endurance sports will also be covered. Tuition includes coaching, transportation to swim venue, and lunch. Basic swim proficiency is required. Camp Collegiate Session 5 3rd-8th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Hawley Session 5: Explore the Great Outdoors III. Camp Collegiate is a fast-paced, fun-based learning experience that is meant to make summer days fly by with fun activities. Boys and girls in third through eighth grade spend their days with friends and counselors doing all of the typical camp things: swimming, cooking out on a camp fire, canoe trips, arts and crafts, having treats, horseback riding, games … and a lot of not-so-traditional things: feeding and caring for snakes and hamsters; studying ecosystems and astronomy; competing in science challenges; building woodworking and electronics projects. Fun off-campus trips will include canoeing down the Fall River, visiting the Oklahoma salt flats, going to Laser Quest, the Alley, Ice Skating, Tanganyika, the Sedgwick Co. Zoo, and All-Star Adventures. Kids often say that great memories are made in this camp and its one of the best parts of their summer! Each day at camp begins at 9:00 AM with a game of Capture the Flag and ends at 3:00 PM with a fun closing activity where the Happy Camper for the day is announced.
