The camp will feature varsity coaches and players in a fast-paced, fun, and competitive structure that is tailored to any skill level. We will focus on the fundamental skills of stance, footwork, hand placement, shed, safety, and angles for all defensive positions. This 4-day week will include two days of moderate hiking, followed by a more leisurely day outside, and will culminate in an early start to accomplish our most rigorous hike of the week on Friday. Anyone who identifies as a girl may join us for this relaxing and invigorating week of hiking. Come spend Seattles first week of summer hiking some of the best trails and mountains within an hour of the city.
