Anti-Bullying Summer Camp - Santa Monica, CA
Anyone who watches the news regularly can tell you that bullying is an epidemic that has infected the learning experience for so many kids in schools that it must be taken seriously. Bullying can no longer be seen as a possibility, but an unfortunate eventuality. Dojo2go.com's Anti-Bullying Camp teaches martial arts-based protocols that begin with assertive verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Their words, voices and postures are used to establish a barrier to any unwanted invasion of their personal space. Our protocols emphasize age-appropriate and aggression-appropriate self-defense techniques so that kids first learn how to defend themselves without having to strike or kick. Daily role play of different bullying scenarios not...
