Join us as we gently explore the trails of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art in search of leaves, twigs, acorns, etc. so that we can create our own beautiful nature-inspired craft projects and works of art. CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here. The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Our College ID sessions offer top quality instruction to take your game to the next level.
