LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 2016 Camper Application - Nantahala Outdoor Center
This summer will be the 22nd year of Adventure Amputee Camp and we keep getting better. We will have a bus ready to pick up campers in Atlanta and take them to camp or you can meet us at camp in Bryson City, NC. Applying to Camp: Priority will be given to new campers and those put on the waiting list last year. Also, medical and liability releases will be required for the safety of your camper and for camp. We can accommodate a maximum of 34 campers. Upon receipt of your application and selection to camp, we will send you a complete information packet with all the camp preparation details. What does it cost? Thanks to the generosity of many donors, a $25 application fee for first time campers, and $50 application for repeat campers. If this fee presents a hardship, check the appropriate box on the application form, and the fee is waived. No camper is turned away due to financial hardship. Kid's Camp- Canvas Painting - Jenkintown, PA

Four Elements Kid's Camp - Naples, FL
Children 5 to 12 years are invited to one or both days of our half-day camps. Our activities will reflect each of these four elements, and be predominantly outside, so dress for comfort! We’ll explore air and fire on Thursday, learning about the power of air currents and our biggest fireball, the sun. On Friday, special guest Valerie Flanigan from Driftwood Garden Center will help us make and/or decorate stepping stones for our garden (earth), then we move to the element of water, where we create an ocean in a bottle and play with watercolor magic. We end with Tai Chi by Elena Roubicek! Registration is required and each session is limited to 10 participants so we can give our best to each child. All materials are provided, including a snack. For those that have never played the game by are interested in playing this fall, camp is a great way to get you prepared for the fall season.
