High School Advanced - Baker Rink (Check-In Location)
The High School Advanced Camp is designed to create a highly competitive environment with the majority of our campers planning on pursuing a college baseball career. Mornings typically concentrate on drills and position work, while the afternoon and evening sessions feature actual games. Check-in will be held Sunday morning with evaluation sessions that morning and afternoon and a skills session that evening. Monday will feature morning skill instruction and games in the afternoon and evening. Tuesday will feature games followed by a late afternoon check-out. The High School Camp has featured representatives from the following schools in past years: Georgetown, Richmond, Lafayette, Brown, Columbia, Bucknell, Wesleyan, Haverford, Swarthmore, Davidson, Franklin & Marshall, University of New Haven, Dickinson, Bates, and Cornell. **The names of coaches in attendance will be given after check-in on Sunday. Teen Metalsmithing & Jewelry with Connie Pfeiffer (Ages 12-17) - Young People
Learn basic metalworking techniques to create mini sculpture and jewelry. Saw, hammer, fold, cut, stamp, rivet and solder copper sheet metal and wire. Students will use hand tools and a torch (one-on-one with instructor) to make metal malleable and solder pieces together as needed. Two and three-dimensional forms will be explored, including organic leaves, spheres, circles etc. New projects for returning students. 2035624927 x14

New Dimensions - Sculpture Art - Carolina Day School
Join us for a week of building, twisting, folding, slipping and scoring as you explore different sculptural techniques! In this 3-dimensional art workshop you will be exposed to a variety of materials such as wood, wire, paper mache, and clay. Youll experiment with and learn ways to successfully work with these materials as you create your own unique sculptural creations. Allendale Camp Group A 1st week Jun 27 - Jul 1 - Allendale Park
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Allendale Park Camp is a traditional, high-quality, fun program. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness activities like dance routines, group games, fitness competitions, sports and swimming. Specialized instruction is offered in tennis and golf. Campers are escorted across the street to Blairs pool for recreational swim three times per week. Staff go into the water with campers and certified lifeguards are always present. Field trips are often the highlight of the week. Past excursions include trips to area amusement parks, local movie theaters and arcades. This camp is a good fit for active campers who like socializing, sports and play. Ratio of staff to campers is 1 to 10. Lunch and a snack are included. Campers are grouped by age and are asked to wear sturdy, closed-toe athletic shoes, sunscreen and hats. Sandals for the pool area and swimming suits are required. Camp is based out of Allendale Park and the park, onsite library and the Blair pool.
