Michigan Cru's Fall Getaway 2016 - Angola, IN
As we experience true love–a love that is there in the hard times as well as the good, a love that is there when we’re doing well or when we are failing, a love that will walk with us through healing as well as celebrate our victories–that is when we find true freedom. This kind of love is only found in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This will be a weekend of finding this kind of love as our speaker, Kevin Butcher, guides us through this topic. Join us for a weekend of fun community and spiritual growth as we head to Angola, Indiana for this year's Fall Getaway! Check is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14th. We'll have times of Biblical teaching and heartful worship, as well as plenty of time to just hang out and have fun together. And if you need to study, there is time for that too. We'll head back to campus after lunch on Sunday, October 16th. The cost is $60 for Freshmen and $80 for everyone else! This cost includes lodging for the weekend (Friday night; Saturday night) and 5 meals (3 Saturday; 2 Sunday). Click on the...

New Jersey's Insurgent Youth join NYCOG Youth Camp - Matawan, NJ
Due to an administrative oversight on the part of Ministerio Bethel Internacional, we have been forced to modify our plans regarding this summer's youth camp. Although we had reserved the dates last September, somehow MBI has given away our reservation to another group. All that being said, we have decided that as opposed to trying to reschedule our own camp at this point, instead New Jersey's Insurgent Youth Camp will join force's with New York's Youth camp which is held at the same facility. However, as opposed to the camp being held July 5-9, it will now take place on August 8-13. The good news is that this change will result in a reduced price for all who attend. The set price for the camp is $225 and as opposed to our previous rate, the price will include an additional day at the campsite. As far as registration goes, all applications should still be sent to New Jersey Youth and Discipleship at 147 Lower Main Street, Matawan, NJ, 07747. We have an arrangement with the New York State Office and will make our payments to them from the applications we receive. Although the circumstances are not as I would have liked to see them, the...

2016 Baroody Kayak Touring and Fishing Camp - Alexandria

From local lakes and rivers like Bull Run, Fountainhead, and tidal creeks of the Potomac. We will progress to days on lazy rivers that include the Shenandoah, Rappahannock, and Rapidan Rivers. A kayak is a great way to get close to nature and we expect to see bald eagles, ospreys, herons, deer and beaver. When we are fishing our catch will include large and smallmouth bass, catfish, sunfish, crappie, and maybe even the infamous snakehead. Kayaks, paddles, life vests, and fishing gear are provided by Virginia Outside. 804-272-6362

Adventure Camp (ages 8-12 by first day of camp session). This week, Camp runs for 4 days only (Tuesday to Friday) Why is Adventure Camp different? Campers are provided the opportunity to explore further into the park with longer hikes, shelter building, and learning how to build a campfire – and then Smores! Part of Adventure Camp is letting the group direct what activities they would like to do by coming up with new and exciting adventures. The staff has the freedom to be creative when making these fun adventures come to life. Campers will have an opportunity to kayak twice during the week, including a visit to the Hollywood Oyster Company. They will create and run their own unique obstacle course, go fishing and crabbing from the pier, and build their own boats out of recycled materials and test to see if they are sea-worthy. Mid-week, campers will hike to the Manor House area where they can build forts with bamboo, explore the gardens, play water games and capture the flag, visit the Barn and participate in our Nature Time program.
