The Wallis is pleased to offer an opportunity for youth ages 12-18 to become a Student Arts Reporter. This program is designed for students interested in the arts and journalism or critical writing. The Wallis is proud to partner with the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle and other local media partners to help mentor students to view productions with a critical eye and write reviews for selected Wallis performances throughout the season. BodyRite Training Teen Sport Camp - Jamesport, NY
We are excited to announce that BodyRite will be hosting a series of teen athletic camp programs this summer. Many young athletes are looking to improve their abilities in the off season and we believe BodyRite Teens Sport Camp will help enhance athletic skills and performance by using simple methods and sound science. The camp will run three separate sessions in two week sessions, starting July 11th from 11am to 2pm. The best part of the camp, is that no matter what ability level, the camper will progress. Whether an athlete or not, this camp is designed to help any teen interested in working out learn the basics of proper movement, strength training, and sound nutrition. We welcome all abilities ages 13 through 18. Coupling intelligent programming with sport specific nutrition, we will teach the athlete or interested fitness enthusiast how to move better for their sport, and how to fuel thier bodies properly for optimal performance.

NFL Pouncey Twins Youth Football Camp - Lakeland, FL
The Lakeland PAL Youth is proud to partner with NFL superstars Michael and Maurkice Pouncey to host the 6th Annual Pouncey Twins Youth Football Camp on Saturday July 9, 2016. The free camp will take place from 8AM – 12PM at Lakeland Christian School, located at 1111 Forest Park Street. Boys and girls ages six to sixteen are invited to come develop their football skills with help from NFL players and coaches from across Polk County. To guarantee a spot, parents must pre-register their child. Registration forms are now available at the following locations: Lakeland PAL Complex / 325 W 2nd Street Boys & Girls Club / 1525 Martin Luther King Jr Ave Simpson Park Community Center / 1725 Martin Luther King Jr Ave Dream Center of Lakeland / 635 W 5th St Registration forms can also be requested by emailing [email protected] Members from the LakelandPD’s SWAT and K9 team will also be on hand. 2nd Annual Summer Youth Camp - Manteno, IL
We will be taking 20 young men ages 10 to 18 to Camp Shaw-was-nas-see for three days and two nights of fun, learning and relaxation. Activities included at this event are First Aid, Map & Compass Reading, Basketball, Swimming, Archery, Nature Trail Walks, Zip Lines, Strength and Endurance Training, Mens Rap, where on last year we talked about the detriments of gangs, drugs and violence, and much much more. All meals will be provided. Last year we paid $60 per person to go to this event but through the generous donations of our donors we didnt have to charge any of the families for their young men to participate in this event. We were also able to purchase our insuance and supplies through our donors. This year we have been given a discount $50 per camper and we are praying for the same support this year. Camp will meet from 7:00-5:30pm on Monday and Friday; and from Noon-5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Activities will include: arts and crafts, passive games, educational games, group activity games, sports, strength and conditioning, rhythms, and free play. There will be swimming from 4:00-5:00pm in the Middle School pool. Activities will be geared for children 5-12 years of age. Bring a snack, swim suit and towel. Campers should report to the HS cafeteria and enter door #29 on days that camp starts at Noon. Campers will be escorted to the MS Gym after lunch by camp counselors. When camp begins at 7:00 am campers should report to the Middle School Gym and enter through door #36 In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree.
