2017 Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 28, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 20 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Senior Boys ID & Team Camp - Davidson College
The Senior ID & Team Camps provide the committed player, who play club soccer and/or for their school team, an opportunity to elevate his/her game through an intensive program. Led by the Davidson College Head and Assistant Soccer Coaches, other College coaches, plus college and former college players, the camper will receive excellent instruction from staff who know what it takes to play at the college and pro level. Premier level technical and tactical instruction will be provided, along with small-sided and full-sided games for many competitive opportunities for each player to grow in match conditions. Each camper will receive a written evaluation - for further improvement and for potential use for college recruiting purposes. High School and Club teams are encouraged to attend and arrangements will be made to satisfy both individual and team goals - including training and competing as a team. 704 894 2818

Each day, players will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot with balance, as well as learning proper defense using the most efficient and easy to understand drills. Players will play basketball games each day. On the last day, campers will participate in MGB?s trademark basketball carnival and will play in a tournament complete with referees and scoreboard. This is an awesome event for kids who want to start playing basketball and for existing players who want to enhance their basketball knowledge & fundamentals!
