Sports Camp week 6- Lacrosse - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of lacrosse camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills necessary to excel in the sport of lacrosse including cradling, passing, shooting and defense. Agility and hand eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship The third hour of lacrosse camp will focus on learning the rules of the game (rules for boys and girls will be explained separately) and playing modified games of lacrosse. As the skills of each child advances over the course of the week, the third hour will consist of more realistic game like situations. Equipment will be provided. New This Year! Elite College ID Camp Male - University of Tulsa
The Elite ID camp is a specialized technical course designed for the player to achieve their maximum potential and gain familiarity with the University of Tulsa soccer program and school. This camp is ideal for the player who is interested in playing at The University of Tulsa. Sessions held during this camp will be led by University of Tulsa Mens coaching staff. They will include technical and tactical training sessions rooted in the Tulsa training philosophy, small sided and full sided games and a brief video analysis session. In addition we will have separate training sessions for goalkeepers and we will provide insight to some of the off field aspects of our athletic program and educational strengths of our university. Campers are responsible for their own meals, lodging, transportation and supervision. All sessions will be held at the University of Tulsa. There are several housing and dining options around campus.
